Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping cost

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Late or missing packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you cannot find your package, email us at beautybrandigco@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you sort it out.

Address changes

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, see our Return and refund policy. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
