Using our store

Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products, colors and details accurately, but colors can look different on different screens. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion, for example if an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will refund you in full.

Safe use

Our stylers get hot. Read the instructions included with your product, use them only on dry hair, keep them away from water, and keep them out of reach of children. Let the styler cool down before you pack it away.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our checkout. You agree to give accurate payment and contact information for every order.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to use it on our site and in our marketing. You agree that it is your own and does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

The text, images and design on this site belong to BAD HAIR or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.
